Has anyone had the problem that the extruder will randomly stop extruding during the print and not extrude anymore until you start a new print? I replaced the extruder stepper motor and I dont think its a clog. It has happened with a .4mm nozzle and I switched to a .8mm nozzle. I uninstalled Pruaslicer from 2.7.1 back to 2.6.1 with no changes. Just realised that my new BLTouch 3.1 was delivered with spectacularly bad wiring. The wires in the plug in cable were in exactly reversed order! The initial plug in almost shorted my Duet2 motherboard! After finding out that the black/White pair should be on the right hand end of the connector, I re-wired the plug and re-connected. We are troubleshooting the 2 in 1 extruder in a gmax pro. the #1 motor doesn't turn. it just ticks. When we move that cable to the #2 motor it does the same thing. Not sure how to trouble shoot the main board. We have tried different cables with no change in symptoms? perhaps a driver issue. since both motors will run on the motor 2 cable? I own several printers with ABL and mesh compensation, and they all work well. Unfortunately, this new Pro 2 isn't working for me. After several bed leveling attempts, I am seeing substantial variances in the bed mesh up to 2 mm. My other printers might show variances of .5 to .7mm at most.
