I'm actually pretty much overall happy with this is printing, but in the future I'd like to get rid of these waves, so I figured I'd ask what is the culprit? Nozzle too close is what googling is leading me to believe but I wanted to make sure. This was a fun little print. The models came out looking great. This is a finish that is not easy to replicate using other methods. The colours are fused to each other in a way that feels much better than say injection moulding then gluing. It doesn’t look painted, which I really like. But. OMG filament changes are slow, roughly 2x the layer time, so printing 3 penguins is not significantly different from printing 1.
