8yr post Sleeve surgery. Weight coming back. I am getting back on the horse - so to speak. Was "religious" for 5-6 years. Post COVID have fallen off the wagon. Over eating, compulsive eating, depression, little or no exercise. My family is a cardiovascular, diabetes nightmare and I AM NOT GOING OUT LIKE THAT!. Part of my plan is joining the Bariatric Org, joined Over Eaters Anonymous a few months ago, have pulled out my original Sleeve binder (given pre-op), looking for an in-person... He violated the restraining order over 300 times, got thrown in jail, day he got out of jail, he showed... Read more ..read more

Hey I really thought Noom would work as well as weight watchers... Read more ..read more
