Is anyone else trying to eat less processed food? I must admit, my energy levels are much better since I’ve taken note of what I’m eating. Basically anything with five thousand ingredients, I try to avoid. I’m eating more eggs, more Veg fruit and salads, more real meat, I’m not overly strict but just doing my best. I’m not eating for the sake of it either ..read more

In the Land of Sandwiches In the land of sandwiches, where bread meets delight, Ham reigns supreme, both by day and by night. Formed or reformed, their tales intertwine, A savory saga, both humble and fine. Formed Ham, oh noble slice of muscle, Pressed together, a harmonious hustle. From porky leg to deli display, You grace our subs and platters each day. Reformed Ham, a chameleon of sorts, Chopped, tumbled, and bound by reports. Collagen whispers secrets of cohesion, Thinly... I got it, stuck it in the fridge to firm up, proceeded to make myself a cuppa, and ate a cake. Something was wrong. The way my teeth just cleaved through the chocolate and marshmallow with zero resistance when I'm almost certain Tea Cakes used to feel a lot meatier, for want of a better word. I sat there, crestfallen. The mouthfeel I was... Read more ..read more

What with the price of wines constantly going up (tax) And if you don't want something quite iffy you are looking at quite a bit for just a single bottle. I've looked at these type of kits on Amazon. Amazon.co.uk : wine kits 30 bottle You can get many 30 bottle kits for around £30, so that's £1 a bottle. I understand you still need to buy the plastic containers and few bits to actually make this work, but this is just a single purchase... Read more ..read more
