I'll explain myself a little and what I've seen so far with some thoughts on it below for anyone with time on their hands who would like to know, but the TLDR version is this:
I haven't watched AEW before last week's Dynamite. I have some time free over the next few weeks as I have holiday to take from work and I'd like some stuff recommending for me to watch. Ideally looking for:

A top star on AEW has already been out of the ring for over six months, but now they’re off television as well.
Adam Cole has been sidelined since having ankle surgery last year, and based on what we’ve heard from sources close to him, he’s not very close to coming back to the ring. Beyond that, he hasn’t been on television of late.
Fightful Select is told that Adam Cole has been off of the road of lately, as it was slowing the progression he was making towards recovering from the injury.

I know Jon Moxley is appreciated in this sub but I wanted to acknowledge and share my thoughts on something I have written about Jon Moxley and him winning the IWGP World Heavyweight Championship.
As their champion, whether it is transitional for a short or medium term, NJPW could have picked no one better to lead the company to stability while the company is regrouping and rebuilding mode. I don't mean transitional champion insulting as some do.
