R. Tech We are R.Tech (Restoration Technology). We are an architectural and engineering firm specializing in the restoration of buildings, with a particular focus on the building envelope (i.e., walls and roofs). Much of our work derives from NYC’s Façade Inspection Safety Program, which requires regular inspections and repairs to make our streets safer. The member roof at 1850 Amsterdam is ready (enough) for monthly members and Day Pass visitors to enjoy! It will be a work-in-progress for many months to come, but there are already tables and chairs and wifi for eating lunch, getting some work done, taking a call, meditating, upright-napping.
