I totally get what you are facing. I was hesitant about intermittent fasting too, thinking I'd be starving all the time. But surprisingly, it's not the case always. Our bodies adapt, and hunger decreases over time. Give it a try and see how it goes for you! Statistics: Posted by smithwilfer80@gmail.com — Thu Apr 04, 2024 9:29 am ..read more

Gynecomastia surgery, termed as male breast reduction, aims to address the enlargement of breast tissue in men. This condition, known as gynecomastia, may stem from hormonal imbalances, genetic factors, obesity, or specific medications. Through the surgery, surplus breast tissue and fat get eliminated via liposuction or excision methods. The objective is to attain a more masculine chest profile by diminishing breast size and enhancing symmetry. Typically conducted under general anesthesia, the procedure might result in minimal scarring, contingent upon the extent of tissue removal necessary. C ..read more

Hi. I fast daily for 8-12 hrs. After i get up i do a partial inversion position where my legs are straight, and in the air ,leaning against my wall,so i look like an L in this position.Do it on a soft enough surface.I do that for 30 minutes, then have some water.I also have a liitle water before inverting. The position is supposed to help your gut,and it suppresses my appetite.I keep drinking water, and dont feel hungry. It may take a few days for your body to get used to doing this.As long as i have water..cool water it helps,as drinking cold water helps you lose weight because your body burns ca ..read more

Hi all, I'm considering trying intermittent fasting the 16/8 schedule. I'm in my early 40s, in okay shape but could do with shifting probably around 10lbs. I already excercise 3-4 times a week mix of weights and HIIT cardio but have found post 40 a few pounds creeping on and harder to lose. Weight loss is not only the reason for thinking of trying intermittent fasting as reading up it says you can generally feel better, better gut health, reduces chances of certain disease. However like any of these things you also read that it is not so good, can cause the body to enter starvation, diet mis ..read more

Gynecomastia surgery, also known as male breast reduction surgery, is a cosmetic procedure aimed at reducing excess breast tissue in men. It involves removing glandular tissue and/or excess fat from the chest area to create a flatter and more masculine chest contour. This surgery is typically performed under general anesthesia and may involve liposuction, excision of glandular tissue, or a combination of both techniques, depending on the individual's specific needs. Gynecomastia surgery can help improve self-confidence and body image in men with enlarged breasts, providing a more masculine che ..read more

I have a fair number of blood tests every year. I am under the care of a doctor and have been diagnosed with a few health problems. I can't say exactly but your doctor would need a reason to arrange a blood test. Certainly if you were diagnosed with a long-term illness you'd most likely need at least one blood test on the NHS every year. I do think your doctor is the first person you must contact. If you're ill or have symptoms of an illness you may well have to attend a blood test on the NHS via your doctor's instructions. I don't think they'd organize yearly blood tests without medical reas ..read more

Hi all I am 43 and was talking to a friend who is 46 recently and we got onto the subject of health. He said he gets his bloods done/checked every year privatetly (he lives in Dubai). He said if there is one thing to spend my money on healthwise over 40 is to get my bloods done yearly as it can catch the signs of many issues early on. I've looked on the internet and there just seem to be so many different companies offering blood checks such as Numan, York test etc and have varying levels of what is checked (and price reflects this). I have also read up that some of these 'online' companies ..read more
