If I remember correctly, I think that I could smell chrome extreme on myself for about 3 to 4 hours. I was only using a sample vial, so I was probably not spraying as much as someone who had a full bottle. I just kept the vial in my pocket so I could re-up as needed.It is a nice sent and strong enough that you would definitely notice on yourself. Be aware that it is very much a blue shower gel aquatic.
