How are you planning to watch Series 14/1 when it drops?
For me, I'm a bit of a night owl so will definitely watch at the midnight release. I wonder what the logic is though for the BBC choosing a midnight release time, instead of the usual 6am time their other shows tend to drop? It's definitely not prioritising Disney+ in the US either as they're handling international distribution and 4pm/7pm on a Friday, depending on timezone is not peaktime for US viewing either ..read more

Having just re-watched Dalek from series 1 I learnt it was very much based on a big finish audiobook called Jubilee, I have a big collection of big finish on an sd card in the car and a lot of big finish audiobooks are really good. Obviously Human nature/Family of blood was adapted from a virgin new adventures novel. Both these TV stories were excellent and often appear in viewers favourite lists.

Plus of course weve got the global Disney 'hard launch' coming up soon too which changes things.
So... which option best describes how you are feeling ..read more

Something occurred to me this morning (I probably need to get a life!).
Cybermen have human brains, and Daleks contain a living creature. Living cells need oxygen and glucose as a minimum to stay alive. So how do cybermen and Daleks consume food ..read more

It's been reported that Millie is leaving. Seems very soon to be doing so considering the new seasons are so short.
I was expected she would stay at the very least for two full seasons, so this is a surprise, it's been said she will only have a supporting role in series 15, supposedly phased out in that season and a new companion brought in.. Perhaps she will serve a similar role as to what Martha did in series 4?
To me it doesn't seem like this would be the original plan from the start, it's not a ideal situation, rather it's a change...which creates the thought, what happened to change thi ..read more
