male in 30s low t and hormonal imbalance. Dr said try dhea since none of the other options worked well for me. Dhea gives me more energy and confidence but also me more scatter brained. The days I stopped taking it I had withdrawals and felt worse but when I take it I feel more energy but I can concentrate even less.. would dim help the negative effects at all? I take these for athletic purposes and to maximize my gym progress. I know it is a bit excessive. I feel fine and have been taking these for a couple weeks, but would this affect me in the long run? I feel like the D3 is a bit high.
D3 - 5000IU
K2 - 100MCG
Creatine - 5G
Fish oil - 1000mg (300mg omega3)
Zinc - 15mg
Copper - 2mg

I made a post a few days ago about how inositol has improved multiple health issues for me. I started taking it for OCD and it also helped with respiratory issues as well as liver issues. (I have NAFLD.)
So fast forward to today. I had a bad gallbladder flare for the first time in years. I now realize that I’m now having gallbladder issues again because my liver is improving and now producing sufficient amounts of bile.
Would a doctor have picked up on the inositol issue? Most likely not. Most gastro docs just tell you to yeet your gallbladder if you even have just one attack, with no discuss ..read more

I’ve been taking creatine for around a week now as a post lift supplement, 6’3 207(M) and have been taking over a tablespoon because I don’t have a scale so im just guessing. Am I screwed? I haven’t had any problems but im wondering if I just shouldn’t do that… I don’t wanna die early and painfully? how many grams would you assume to be in a tablespoon?
