Currently on a slow cut going for a loss of 1-2 LBS a week and feel I have everything close to dialed in how I want it. I am going to cut my fats to the lowest I have cut them before. Current weight is about 223 - Daily Calories are going to be Calories: 2138 Carbs: 229 Fat: 35 Protein: 222 I know that these do not meet up exactly for Macros = Calories but It's close and consistent with What I have been doing. Hello guys, I have been cutting for almost 70 days. So far I lost 25 kilograms/55 pounds and at this moment I weigh 95 kilograms 210 pounds at the height of 181cm or 5'11 inches. Right now I do eat 2400 calories however, I am very active right now my cardio is very tough 600 calories for 5 days and I record roughly 7000 steps per day. Gonna have to spend a bunch of time in the sticks for work with a mini fridge and microwave for a kitchen. Plan on trying to cut down a bit without losing what I've gained over this past season. Corn dogs and fried burritos probably aren't gonna help me much with this. What are yalls thoughts on eating canned chicken for an extended period of time? Intra-Workout Drink ?

Been looking into possibly adding a intraworkout drink / meal. Something I have never really done. I usually have a after workout drink of 330 calories 28 carbs, 2 Fat, and 48 protein. (Its off by 8 calories somewhere) But I can get gassed pretty quick. I workout at night from around 8pm till 9:30 pm and take my after workout drink at around 10. Hey gents got married and had a kid this past year so trying to focus more on health. Currently just take a multi and some fish oil so looking to really expand on some health supps specifically for estrogen control and heart health. Curious to what you guys use and what you recommend.
