How do you take your vitamins/supplements... all at once? various times a day? never mix gel's with solid tabs/pills? Never take gels with hot liquids (like coffee because it melts the soft shell too fast)? Just open discussion on your thoughts, protocol, OCD ways, or just weird ways you do things.
