Can anyone recommend a good but inexpensive recorder for French (TNT) telly? I access French TV via an antenna. My old Bush machine is struggling (it uses SCART connections which now seem too heavy for the socket) and, given the years I have had it, it owes me nothing. I know (but cannot understand why) the TV listings are terrible with the guides sometimes unable to tell you what's up next on the channel you are watching whilst computer pages or telly papers can. Now the Cmax is going bad, 2019 model less than 25k and the ABS pump is playing up. Driving along and suddenly it's as if someone has tied a tractor to your back bumper, very little power. Turns out the front passenger and rear driver wheels are red hot caused by the friction generated, tried pulling fuses associated with the ABS but doesn't seem to make any difference, albeit you apply the brakes and it seems to free up a couple of seconds after you take your foot off. phoned a mate in the UK with a garage, straight away he said the ABS pump, he has had 2 in for the same thing this month. Could someone please explain in very simple terms the Prélèvement Forfaitaire Unique – PFU. Last year thinking I was doing the right thing I ticked box 2OP on my tax declaration. Some time later a letter came from the Impots saying it would benefit me more if I went back into the declaration and untick the 2OP box. Some time back I had an ingrowing toenail sorted at the local hospital, local anesthetic, beforehand I had to see the surgeon, and the anesthetist, to ensure things were in order. Having the same problem with the other foot I approached the same doctor to make a RDV, and was told he is not doing that now you will have make a RDV at Angers, which I have done for this coming Friday at 16:20 hrs.
