Was in Bangkok in early October and back again two months later. Link to October's trip report below.
https://www.gayguides.com/forums/topic/40292-weekend-in-bangkok/
The reason why I decided to come again now instead of during Christmas (my usual timing) is because this week is the last week for two fellow forum members in Bangkok. They will be flying back after their months long stay. I am envious of them, being retired and all that. I can't get leave from work to go on holiday for months. The most I can ever get is 2 weeks at a stretch and unfortunately, I have used up my leave for this yea ..read more

A quick thumbs up review of a new massage shop in Bangkok called "Ganymede Spa."
Map Line ID: Rubyricher
Ganymede Spa opened two weeks ago near the Phayathai BTS station. It's easy to get to. It's towards the end - on the left - of a private road that leads to the Pathumwan Resort Condominiums. A short walk from Phayathai BTS Exit 2.
Reception is upstairs, and the massage rooms are up another flight of stairs. Everything is very nice and new and tastefully done. Photos of the guys are on Line. It's a small shop, a ..read more

From Thai PBS World
Senior Advisor on Research and Policy at the HIV Research and Innovation Institute, Professor Dr. Praphan Phanuphak, has expressed optimism about Thailand’s ability to end AIDS.
Ending AIDS as a public health threat as part of the 2030 Sustainable Development Goal agenda was achievable if policymakers fully invested in community-led responses, and sectors worked together to support and revise policies and regulations that currently impede the work of community organizations, said Praphan, the first doctor to diagnose an AIDS patient in Thailand.

Hi
One of my first posting here (IMHO). I will stay in Thailand in the time frame of mid January to mid February. Can somebody recommend a hotel/resort on Koh Chang (Not necessarily gay)? Should be at the beach and please not crowed by Russians (Sorry, I am not a racist but I had my experiences in the past). I know, Kho Chang is not famous for gay live, but maybe you know some gay bars/massage salon etc (Not so important because I will also spent some day in Jomtien)? Or even another place for relaxing at a nice an maybe calm beach?
Thanks a lot for your help ..read more

Is there a really nice gym in Silom that one can pay to access on a daily basis? A large facility with a good selection of new, well-maintained equipment, very clean, good air conditioning. Bonus if there’s a concentration of good looking gay guys who work out there thanks ..read more

To cut a long story short I'm thinking of packing it all in and retiring to Pattaya but I want to be able to do something all day
I get bored & depressed otherwise.
Im thinking of a boy go go bar ,one currently for sale actually I see for 1.5 million baht Dream boys
,or a boy massage maybe easier ,
I'm thinking a massage place in Jomtien complex open at about midday close at 10pm
I have my retirement and rental income coming in from my home country, so it's not the money if I can "break even " it's ok ( as the owner of the former Corner Bar used to say to me ..."as long y ..read more

It happened last holiday.
If my memory serves me right, I was sitting at HM Beer Bar. A guy greeted me in the typical Thai manner. And then it happened: I greeted back with a Wai. Completely unintentional and I only become aware after I have done it, and I was a bit confused ... am I spending too much time in Thailand?
Of course I watched one or the other video about how to wai correctly, but then I had decided I am a farang and it is better to greet as I am used to in the Western world.
So now my question to you is: when was your first Wai? Intentional or Unintentional ..read more
