It never ceases to amaze me at the rate that this place is growing in what literally seems like overnight especially when Covid was over. There’s bars and restaurants literally appearing over night or at least that what seems like. Just noticed this morning another place has appeared on the end of the Siam Condo Soi. I am in Pattaya as I write this. Great trip for me but it must be hell for most bars and clubs as there a few spending customers.   There is however one are that is causing me some distress and that is the mixture of cigarettes, ganja, cigars and vaping smells. Thankfully no pipe smokers.   This will only get much worse as tourism picks up. I'm moving to Jomtien (flexible) soon and will need to go to Huay Yai (south/east) on a daily basis. It looks like there are no Songthaews going to that area (or maybe just one?) and I for various reasons I would rather not drive a scooter myself.  -Is taking a Grab/Bolt taxi every morning & evening doable? The cost would be about 120-150b one-way? -Are there any other options? like living south of Jomtien, making a deal with a driver for a month, using some shuttle bus, or...  any ideas?
