The New Orleans Saints enjoyed a much-needed bye over the past week. Through the first ten games of the year, they sit at 5-5 overall.
Before the bye, the Saints fell short of pulling off a comeback against the Vikings, losing 27-19.

The New Orleans Saints star wide receiver has been placed on injured reserve due to a knee injury suffered in the loss to the Minnesota Vikings back on November 12. This season, Thomas had appeared in 10 games for the Saints with seven starts, recording 39 receptions for 448 yards and one touchdown.

Minnesota would be without starting quarterback Kirk Cousins and had recently acquired Joshua Dobbs line up under center. The New Orleans Saints made enough plays on offense and defense to beat the Chicago Bears 24-17 to improve to 5-4 on the season.

New Orleans Saints third-year cornerback Paulson Adebo has taken strides this season and it showed last Sunday.
Against the Chicago Bears, Adebo intercepted rookie quarterback Tyson Bagent twice and forced a fumble on star wide receiver DJ Moore as well as recovered that fumble. The New Orleans welcomed the Jacksonville Jaguars to the Caesars Superdome for Thursday Night Football.
