Hello, I can't save my ACER V3-772G GDDR5 (GPU GTX760M N15P...) laptop, it starts up by itself with the fan at 100% and i have no display. I tried a reflow of the GPU and the INTEL chipset, then flashing the two BIOS chips, it restarted like a normal update then it's the same again. The board offers two ways to cool the cpu in windows. You can use the die temps or the package temps. If you select package temps the cooling will work far harder all of the time. In windows this is not necessary. If your gaming on the other hand, it is wise to set the fans to full power before starting the game. Otherwise you will hit 98degrees plus. Hello, I've bought a 760m plus wifi v2 and 14th gen i7 14700k. When I installed Windows, it freezes during installation. But in the end it installer, but jeeps freezing in Windows. I've tried BIOS updates, different RAM, and multiple Windows installations. I've run HWiNFO and it shows errors on the CPU L2 cache. Can anyone help? Ok so i had random lockups, esp when the computer was left to idle. When i ramped up memtest86 it found some errors that i could narrow down to just one stick. Pretty much the same adress range kept throwing errors even at a stock 2133Mhz on a Ryzen 2700x. I was like shit, this is todays hardware that usually doesnt last longer then 1.5 year on avg.
