Hi, I have a preety peculiar issue that I was not able to find a solution for on the internet. Quite recently I noticed that my PC performance has dropped dramatically, for example like 3 weeks ago I could play with 140 FPS in some games that require a preety decent PC, for example RDR2, R6S etc. Now I can only squeeze out 30 fps on lowest settings. Hi, so I have an ASUS 570X Plus motherboard vs 2nd M.2 NVME 1tb issue...I installed the 2nd drive "Crucial P3 M.2 NVME GEN 3 x4 CT1000P3SSD8" after removed heat sink on board, the PC does not boot up and freezes at initial BIOS screen. I also swapped m.2s and same thing happened. My initial drive is a Samsung 970 evo plus m.2 2tb NVME also, which hosts Win10. So, I have no idea why this is happening, I also think my motherboard should support the other NVME drive, as the initial one works... I recently bought an upgrade bundle suitable for windows 11 consisting of the Gigabyte mainboard B360M D3H, the CPU I3 8100 and 32 GB of RAM. When I first turned the upgraded computer on I got as far as the Setup. But then a mishap happened: When I put the tower upright, I did not notice that some cables fell and blocked the CPU-fan. ASUS P4C800 from circa 2004 sat too long. Tried it today and it immediately complained, "system failed to start due to overclocking." It's never been overclocked or overheated. I stripped all connections, popped out the CMOS battery: still at 2.75 v. but I replaced it with a new one anyway. I let it sit without the battery for a bit to reset it. The overclocking error was gone but still failed to POST with four short beeps. I removed, cleaned and replaced the four RAM modules. Still failed... Hi All I have been developing an application which includes the ability to capture frames from a camera and save the image data to a file. I recently build a new desktop with a ASUSTeK PRIME B550M-A motherboard with 32Gb of ram. The same python script runs flawlessly on the older computer (ASUSTeK M4A88T-M/USB) but intermittently fails to capture frames from the camera.
