Photo by Wrangler, Bryan Regan Did you know Wrangler jeans are literally the best jeans for tall people? OMG! I had my first chance to wear Wrangler jeans when I did a photoshoot with them. Yes, I did a photoshoot with Wrangler. Prior to this photoshoot, I typically wore Old Navy or Hollister jeans because they were pretty cheap and had a decent length. I am kind of tall so not most jeans cover my ankles. Had I known Wrangler jeans were so comfortable and fitting this entire time, I would have bought them a long time ago. She carried me safely, every ride and every time. She was THAT horse. People kne ..read more

HEY HEYYYY!!! I am Gooch! Yes, G-O-O-C-H! It’s actually my last name. I am passionate about sharing the stories of Black equestrians past and present. Especially when it comes to educating the world about my cowboy culture. Anyway, I am Gooch, also known as The Black Cowgirl. I chose this stage name because 1. I am Black 2. “Cowgirl” is what registers most with kids when I make appearances. I am from a small town in NC which is formerly known as Eagle Rock. Eagle Rock was once a predominantly Black community. BOTH sides of my family lived here for generations. Working as farmers and educators ..read more
