Hi guys, recently had my bloods done and my hct, rbc and hgb came back above range. hgb : 197g/L (range 130-180) Hct : 0.56 L/L (range 0.40-0.52 L/L) Rbc: 6.4 (range 4.5-6.0) My issue is I have an autoimmune disease and take medications for this condition that make me ineligible to donate blood, I’m taking grapefruit seed extract now and I’m going to lower my cruise dose in hopes to bring me back in range, then retest in 6 weeks.
