I've been thinking about joining a gym for about a month now and did a quick look at both of these clubs. I am probably going to go give each a try and have another look soon. I am 46 and trying to lose some weight. I am not looking to bulk up like a body builder, just get in better shape. I want to do cardio (well I don't really want to do it) and use the machines for the weight training part in a quick circuit. Looking for some honest advice from previous or current Peloton owners….
We have used a Concept2 bike erg for the last 12m but I at times I’ve struggled with watching Netflix all the time on it. I’ve tried Zwift and the integration isn’t that great. Im aware it’s an expensive option but am keen to hear about your experiences of this product (original and +). I see loads of positive reviews online but always worry they ar ..read more

I've started doing a lot more olympic lifts as a part of my routine as of late and was searching online for some vegan-friends olympic lifting shoes. Unfortunately, it seems like every shoe I've found has a leather upper or something. Do any of you folks have any suggestions? I am looking specifically for olympic lifting shoes - I'm currently lifting in Vibrams but I want to transition to a proper olympic lifting regimen ..read more

Would love any info on fat distribution and how to "even out" your body. My upper body is pretty slim naturally and since I've been working out I can see a lot more definition and even my abs are starting to show. The lower part of my body is where I hold onto fat the longest and I'm wondering what needs to happen to help the bottom part of me catch up to the top. Haha.
I appreciate any insight. Thanks ..read more
