Hey all
My greatest set back in my bodybuilding endeavors is certainly sleep quality. I've been making it my mission for upwards of a year now to improve it. Though I've made great improvement, it's far from perfect. I'm starting this thread to bounce some ideas around, maybe others have experienced similar issues and resolved them.
I know in most cases stimulant use is likely the culprit. I haven't consumed a single MG of stimulants in several months, so I can rule that out right out of...

Multiple fractures in both my C5 and C6 vertebrates. Broke my neck and lucky to be here.
Just starting lifting again after 8 years off. Weak as fuck and that sucks. But making progress every workout so that’s good to...

Hi all
I’ll post more context below, as it’s very specific. I’ll try to provide as much detail as possible. During leg training, I’m experiencing lightheadedness, loss of vision (extreme eye floaters), loss of energy & varying levels of nausea
Context
- This only occurs when I train mid-morning after meal 1.
The meal is significant: 200g lean steak, 245g rice, 190g pineapple, a bagel. Not sure what the macros are but probably around 55P/150C/10F. When I train in the afternoon...

Physical activity (PA) plays a crucial role in maintaining both our physical and mental well-being.
Cognitive Enhancement:
Memory: Numerous studies suggest that exercise can help protect our memory as we age. Regular physical activity stimulates the production of neurotrophic factors, acting like “fertilizer” for the brain. These proteins encourage brain cells to grow and connect with other neurons1.
Attention and Learning: Exercise...

Years ago I used to have a dedicated abdominals training regiment but I figured because most of my big lifts were compound movements, I felt like my core was incorporated enough to not need direct training.
Fast forward to today, I have found that I have switched most of my exercises to isolation/machines that isolate the muscle, and I don’t remember the last time my abs we’re sore/fatigued. I can confidently say, I do not train my abs anymore at all.
I must say that I have shifted focus...

Was there ever a point any of you stopped getting painful shoulder pumps? I find it hard to get painful ones unless I am coming off or in fresh off a cycle. I usually start with lateral raises and rear delts. Should I start with presses ..read more
