How do you feel about organ meats, and do they find a way into your bodybuilding diet? First off, I'm natural, never taken PEDs. Assuming your eating enough protein and calories, how long does it take of not lifting for muscle shrinkage and loss to occur? For example, last week I hit back Monday. The "Walking" thread really got me thinking. Maybe I'm not speaking for everyone but damn, when it comes to this stuff we do, it was a real rabbit hole. CLIFFS 1. Big surpluses work better when you're a beginner training with high volumes. When you "age" in the sport, implementing a smaller surplus is the best idea (200-400 kcal/day) 2.
