Fayette County Prosecuting Attorney Anthony Ciliberti Jr. announced April 22 that a judge sentenced Carl Cox to two life sentences for the first-degree murders of his daughter, Rhonda Cox, and his son-in-law, James "Jimmy" Neal II.
