Hey, what can I say? It's a slow news day for the Chicago Bulls. As I was scrolling through Twitter, I saw an awesome tweet from Chicago's sports radio station, 670 The Score. The tweet has 10 total Bulls legends within it. Two teams, five on five. They posed the question, "Who do you got in this matchup?"

Team A
Team A consists of Kirk Hinrich, Michael Jordan, DeMar DeRozan, Toni Kukoc, and Joakim Noah. The guard positions are stacked with Hinrich and Jordan, who are both elite perimeter defenders. Obviously, Jordan is also regarded as ..read more

Okay, so what's the timeframe here? There is a rumor floating around the interwebs that Bulls guard Zach LaVine may not finish out his contact in Chicago.

This news isn't entirely shocking. LaVine is one season into the maximum contract he received from the Bulls. He helped lead the team to a 40-42 record and the Bulls failed to make the playoffs. He's a one-way player who's good at what he does but not good enough to lead the Bulls to the promised land. No, NBA fans, the Play-In Tournament is not the postseason. Even if it was, the Bulls wer ..read more

Okay, stop. I know what a lot of you are thinking after you read the headline. "How would Derrick Rose help the Chicago Bulls right now?" "Why would his hometown team bring him back after all this time?" Well, I have a theory. Okay, maybe not a theory, but a hope.

If you've followed any of my Bulls coverage, you know I am fully on board with a rebuild in Chicago. In my eyes, the Bulls just don't have the talent to win a championship. Hell, they don't even have the talent to make it out of the NBA Play-In Tournament. So, how would Rose, who is ..read more

It's rumor mill season. Hey, that's not so bad, right? It isn't like the Chicago Bulls are in the postseason playing games that actually matter. No, their front office is at home trying to find a way to dig this franchise out of the hole that they themselves have placed it in.
Well, there are rumors swirling that even though the Bulls do not own a draft pick for the upcoming 2023 NBA Draft, they could still be active. Rumor has it, the Bulls are looking to trade into the top three. Obviously, they won't get pick number one as they have nothing to offer and Victor Wembanyama is the con ..read more

The NBA Draft Lottery was not to friendly to the Chicago Bulls. They came in slotted at the 11th spot, as expected. As part of the Nikola Vucevic trade, the Orlando Magic acquire the pick since it was outside the top 4. With the Bulls on the outside looking in, the only way they can get in is via trade.

Too much surprise, top NBA prospects Brandon Miller and Cason Wallace stated that the Bulls were one of the few teams that attended their NBA Combine sessions. Both said their meeting with the Bulls left them with “good vibes” per K.C. Johns ..read more

The Bulls were unlucky in the NBA Draft Lottery Tuesday night. The Bulls came in at the 11th pick. Since it was outside of the top 4, the Orlando Magic retained the rights to the pick as compensation for the Nikola Vucevic trade.

Bulls GM Marc Eversley looked physically upset, like he wanted to hit something, after the Bulls' spot in the lottery was announced.
Eversley has no one to blame but himself and Bulls Vice President of Basketball Operations Arturas Karnisovas for the current state of the Bulls. The team is currently without a fi ..read more

With last night's miss for the Chicago Bulls in the NBA Draft Lottery, the Nikola Vucevic trade is finally complete. The Bulls traded Wendell Carter Jr., their 2021 first-round pick, which became Franz Wagner, and the 11th pick in the 2023 NBA Draft.
When the Bulls made the trade for Vucevic, Bulls fans were hoping they were getting the All-Star center he was in Orlando. For 2.5 years Vucevic provided slightly better averages of 18.2 ppg and 11.1 rpg. His lack of defensive ability made it difficult for him to hit the top-tier center level to guys like Joel Embiid and Evan Mobley. Vu ..read more

In the aftermath of a rather shocking revelation, the Chicago Bulls front office find themselves at a crossroads. Recent reports suggest that some members of the Bulls' front office are keen on a "run it back" strategy once Lonzo Ball returns. However, skepticism abounds as fans and experts weigh in on the viability of such a plan. The potential consequences of waiting for a player who may be sidelined for nearly three years are plenty.

While a handful of teams continue to vie for the right to hoist the Larry O’Brien trophy, it’s already been a month since the 2022-23 season came to an end for the Chicago Bulls.
That means report cards are due!
Patrick Williams was the last player to receive a once-over. Next up is Coby White.

Though this past season saw the scoring guard average nearly four points less than he did as a rookie, White’s fourth year as a pro was his best to date. If not his most well-rounded.
His handle was tighter. His decision making was sharper. His finishi ..read more

With the NBA season over for most teams and the Draft Lottery on the horizon, let's take a look back at last year's draft. The Athletic's Sam Vecenie recently published a 2022 NBA Redraft, and to no surprise, he had the Bulls passing on Dalen Terry.

As a rookie, Terry struggled at the NBA level and spent most of his time in the G League. He averaged just 2.2 points, 1 rebound, and 0.6 assists per game in his first season with the Bulls. The Arizona product fared much better in the G League, where he logged 19.7 points, 7.7 rebound ..read more
