I want to make it to run DRL only on AUTO switch for the lights and when switch is at 0 to stop all lights. I got VCDS. So today, my fan belt cut while driving, didn’t notice until I lost power while accelerating, then the battery light popped up on the dash, I found out that the belt had cut so the alternator wasn’t working also the fans weren’t spinning. The car was overheating already. I leg it cool for a while and filled up my coolant then I proceeded to change the belt. Hey everyone. I'm new to this so if I screw up or type something stupid correct me please. Anyway I have a 2010 passat with a 2.0 turbo thought it jumped time but turns out the intake camshaft stopped turning but the gear still turns. Anyone have this issue. The engine was running at 400 rpms without the intake cam turning it pulled air through the crankcase and sucked all the oil out of the pan. I thought the idea was to start at the furthest point away from reservoir but they say to start at the front? Does it not really matter or is this a Passat thing ..read more
