Just a heads up for anyone planning on using RadioDJv2 with the new MySQL8 servers.   I tried and failed several times before i realised i was installing it wrong.   You need to enable Legacy server support in the setup options. Its less secure but at least the MySQL setup now allows you to easily add a new user.   Full Tutorial is Here   Personally we're sticking with MariaDB as its easier to setup and a lot more stable than Oracle MySQL.   Its quite a bind trying to install MySQL 8.0 IMHO.   (Only trying to be helpful ..read more

I know a couple of dozen guys who like jazz music from the 1920's and 30's. We thought it would be great to have an Internet radio station so that we could listen to our music whenever we want to.     However, I don't want the hassle of setting up a PC with playout software and a high-speed Internet connection.
