Start-Stop did not work anymore and I read some articles in forums about replacing this part. I just recently purchased a rebuilt title 2016 F-Type S with 29k miles. It looks and drives great and has no error indication on the dash! Hello all. I have a friend who is looking to buy an F-Type. She is looking at two cars in particular, both R's. One is a 2014 plate with one owner from new (verified) and it has only done 16,000 miles. The other is a 2017 plate, but is slightly higher mileage at 28,000 and has had 5 previous owners. Hi everyone, I've come across from the XJ side since I'm guessing that the large 380mm calipers are more a standard fit on the F-type than the XJ. I have the big calipers on my X351 XJ, and if I release the brakes with D (or R) selected and drag the brakes ever so gently, I get a kind of stuttering and juddering sound.
