hi everyone, can someone please help me with this - training app is not counting calories as well as it should. I mean before an update to a new version of watchOS calories burnt while training were quiet same in both of apps - health and training but now it's like training is not counting them as well. It shows always much smaller number than this in health app. And before an update everything was fine. And for example for one period of time I would spend 600cal but now for the same time it counts only 400cal. I had my first chance to use the Ultra in the water the last couple of weeks - both in a chlorinated pool and the ocean. Water detection works. Every time the watch knew it was under water, it turned on water lock automatically. The Depth app didn't always turn on automatically, though. There were many times that the watch was just showing my watch face (though, as I said, it did properly water lock). I own my series 7 flat out and traded it with Verizon. I will have the new series 8 in midnight in a couple of days. I am hoping for decent battery life because lately the series 7 has not been good. I only have on what I need it for and yes, I do need the always on face. I have had all the models and so far the series 6 had the better battery life……so let’s hope the Series 8 doesn’t disappoint. I turned my watch off last night to save battery rather than it sit there draining it. I have just put it back on and it is blowing up with text notifications for texts I have already read on my phone last night. Hello, I want to wear my apple watch for many activities but when I am outdoors doing anything other that walking it comes off my wrist. I have a Garmin for that. I have a Garmin device I was trying to bring data into Apple Health with; Garmin doesn't want to connect and even if it did it only sends over max/min heart rate data. Then I thought I could use Strava as a middleman, by importing Garmin then exporting to Apple health. Yesterday, I suddenly became aware that my contact names were not showing on texts on my Apple Watch. Instead, of names, I was seeing phone numbers. I was very busy, so I didn't bother to deal with it. This morning, I remembered the issue while driving to work.
