Hello! When I apply my brakes my pedal feels like the abs is coming on, not sure why. Put a scanner on that check for abs faults but nothing came up, only thing I can think that I can do if get a scanner that will show live data of the speed sensor. I'm assuming if one is not reading wright it would cause this kind of problem. I hope that somebody here may have a better insight into what is going on with my car. I am considering a 2018 Tucson with the Nu 2.0L engine. I've read all about the Theta 2.0L and 2.4L engine failures but how common is this on the Nu 2.0L? I saw that the class action lawsuit only affected the the theta engines. Does this mean the Nu 2.0L does not have the same problem with premature engine failure caused by the crankshaft deburring? At some point in the last 6 months the smart liftgate stopped working. Still has power to it as it works with the buttons. I’ve confirmed the correct setting is checked off in the dash system. Anyone have this issue and found a fix without going to the dealer? the smart antenna has gone or the wire. i can get the antenna but wanted to know if it needs to be re paired with the car after installing. if so how do you repair the antenna with the car. I was playing with my infocenter screen on my 2018 Tucson as I has lost my Apple CarPlay icon. After trying a number of things, I decided to do a reset of the unit. When everything came back on I had the radio working and I programmed my stations back in. However, I couldn’t get out of the radio mode or back to the home screen. Hey, I own a 2007 Accent hatchback, 1.6 fuel injected - around 189m now. Still drive it. It’s outfitted for winter driving so, it’s what I’m primarily using at present.
