No shifter is taking some getting used to...Now, my OTA updates. Are they JUST for the entertainment system or the navigation, too? Will I still need to do the twice yearly update with the jump drive thru the navigation site? Am getting alot of conflicting answers ..read more

I just bought a 24 Tucson Hybrid Ltd. I'm trying to open the liftgate by walking up to it and standing there while holding the key. From the manual, it looks like I need to turn on smartgate, or something like that. But I can't find it in the menus. Just to verify, if I lock the doors and then open and close the liftgate, it does lock the liftgate? I'm pretty sure I tested that exact case, but I wanted to be sure ..read more

I am having issues seeing clouds at night through the windshield while driving. It is unsafe to drive at night due to the clouds being in the way and seeing the full road. it is dangerous. Hi, Anyone has tons of scratches on the piano black center console? I managed to eliminate the scratches from climate control display, but the piano black portion is ruined. Any thoughts? I have a 2007 Tucson, 6 cyl. I’ve checked AC refrigerant pressure with manifold gauges. With both system off, both high and low pressures are even, sitting at 125psi with ambient temp of 100f. When compressor is engaged, high pressure is ~250psi and low side ~35psi. It will initially engage the compressor for about 1 minute then disengages, then will kick back on after 15 minutes of driving, then off again for about 15 minutes. First time on the Tuscon forum. I have a new, 2024 Tuscon LTD Hybrid (not plug-in) and just lost a number of pre-sets including all my radio station set-ups. Also lost out two cell phone id's plus a number of other misc. control set ups and probably some I haven't realized I lost. To set up and/or change many of these you must have the engine/motor on. I spent probably an hour to hour and a half inputting and wonder if i let the battery discharge too low. No problem with start up so not... Lost settings ..read more

Two complaints with my 2022 Tucson Limited. The kuhmo tires don’t meet my expectation for handling in the rain. I replaced them with bridgestone weather peak tires. Great improvement.I live in Orlando, Florida where we have a melting pot of different drivers. My 2nd complaint is the whimpy horn. I will be adding a truck air horn for those who pass redlights in front of me or the drivers who haven’t started driving 8 to 10 seconds after a green light because their faces are buried in theirs...
