Hi guys. I´ve been having trouble with my “new” PS4 Pro… On occasion it freezes, on any game. Disc or digital. I´ve looked up possible causes.   - Overheating. Isn´t likely imo but curious what you guys have to say; it has happened after about an hour or so when it couldn´t have been that warm. Vents and fan are super clean. Don´t know about the cooling paste, but the console was brand new (unopened) a few months ago. I´ve read that this model´s fan turns at lower rpm, which makes it more quiet. Im not sure when exactly it began, im assuming around the time when i got my ps5.  But when that was the case my ps5 became my primary console and i basically stopped playing ps4 and this wasnt an issue on my ps5.  But Lately i find myself playing more and more of my ps4 but every 20 minutes or so i will get a pop up notification in game saying that the application will be suspending in 15 minutes because it doesn’t recognize the licenses.  Luckily the games never actually close down or anything, its more of just an annoyance that pops up every 20 minutes or so, Restoring the li ..read more

Hello heres a little background for my problem. I got this error while playing a new game that I just downloaded. Kicks me back to the login screen. When I go back to my profile, I dont see any trophy lists associated with that game. Tried three new games on ps plus extra doesnt give out any trophies. Plus when I sync my trophies its very slow kinda like when im synching on the ps3. Thought my trophies would become slower to pop. I find it hard to believe that avatars still aren't on either of these stores yet. I never had a PS3 and it would be nice to adjust my avatar to one that isn't generic from the limited selection. I know it's possible to change your profile picture to a custom image but that really isn't the same. Do you think we will get custom/premium avatars in the near future?
