From the graphics and gameplay changes in 4, the awful campaign and REQ packs in 5, and the abomination that is Infinite, 343 has ruined the franchise. There is no reason that everyone should be subjected to the same quirky remarks every time they pick up a weapon or get an ordinary kill. A lot of people like this, which is fine, but a lot of people also find it grating, obnoxious, and frankly cringeworthy attempts at being witty or zany that detract from the experience and clutter up the audio experience. The AI unfortunately are tied to important callouts, such as objective calls, so a full AI toggle off wouldn’t be wise. But one that allows toggling off non-essential lines would be perfect. Iv’e been playing Oasis all week, thought I’d go and play 4x4 for a bit, where have the maps gone? There’s like no Behemoth, Empyrean or Bazar in quick play Even Streets only has escalation slayer and that’s it. I cannot complete campaign because Mission 5 makes the game freeze up. Sometimes just the visuals freeze up but I can still hear the audio still going. I cannot even open up the game menu. Other times the entire game freezes up and I have to close the game from Xbox home. My game is fully updated and my console is fully updated. I have asked Halo Support about this issue for several months but there is still no solution. Is anyone else unable to complete campaign because of the game freezing up in Mission 5?
