How does COT leave work? How many days am I allotted? Do those days come from my leave days meaning if I only have 15 leave days per my nsips am only allowed 15 COT days or is that something separate??

I have sexsomnia. Its seeming to be getting worse even though ive been in port for quite some time. Thankfully i dont sleep on the ship often right now. Was just looking for some insight from others who may have or had to deal with the disorder. Really just wondering if this is grounds for discharge.

I haven't read any Stowaway Stories in this Reddit.
One unlucky Shipmate snuck a female onboard during the ships port visit to Melbourne AUS. Damn near got away with it too.
The Sailor got his new GF a uniform, had her cut her hair to within regs, and snuck hey aboard the ship the night before the ship was leaving port to head back to Pearl Harbor.
Shipmate hid her in a fan room in one of his spaces and checked on her often. Even had meals with her on the messdecks and no one was the wiser.

So, I just lost e6 at njp for two articles. I admit guilt, I’m not trying to appeal the mast, I would just like to know my options for a possible remission or mitigation. My rate is in a weird place right now for advancement, and it took me 8 years to make first the first time. I’ve got 13 years in and I’m worried I won’t have enough time to make it again. Any advice?

So, I’m going to shore based sea duty in CONUS. Not remote or anything like that. I’m getting lots of back and forth saying that I need the 1300/16 but others saying that I don’t since I’m not going overseas. The clinic staff didn’t even have the doctor sign that form, but now leadership says I need it.
I’ve been away from doing screenings for the longest time now so I’m now stuck unsure.
Thoughts?

I’m sure this will be a mixed bag, but coming up on 10 years at my next EAOS. Has anyone that got out around 10 ever had regrets about not finishing through to draw a retirement? I have two small kids and a history of mental health issues so I don’t want to go back to sea and watch them grow up from afar.

Well I hear it's going to be the GREATEST ship. An absolute amazing ship. Tremendous power. People tell me it's fast very fast too. This navy ship, let me tell you, is absolutely fantastic, folks. It's huge, absolutely huge. We have the best ships, don't we, folks? No one builds ships like we do. It's got everything – the latest technology, the most powerful weapons. We're talking about missiles that can hit a target from miles away. Nobody thought it was possible. But we did it.
