Hi all. It seems that in Portugal, Vmoto by it's importer (Moteo), is recalling some of it's vehicles to replace some faulty components. It mentions on the letter that the steering head is to blame, therefore all material and labour will be at expenses of Vmoto. Anyone has yet received recall letters of sort?

Hi there,
I've had this issue occur 4 times when riding in the past couple of months. I've been riding, the batteries been on 90%+, then out of nowhere it reads 0%. I tried turning the bike completely on and off as well as removing and putting the battery back in. I found out last time after waiting for a recovery vehicle that, after at 30-45 minutes of it being off, I turned it on and it was back up to what the charge was prior to it cutting out. Has this happened to anyone else or does anyone know of what might be causing it? I contacted the dealerships aftersales team that I got it from tod ..read more

Hello, I have a strange problem with my Super Soco ts battery. On the winter season I kept battery inside storage room. After 2 months I tried to put it back on the motorcycle. The problem is that on the screen shows 0% percent at battery but it is already fully charged, and I can’t go faster than 17km/h.
After some tests and checking on the battery I saw that if I connect the battery to my motorcycle without the connector for temperature and percentage battery level ( the small 3 pins cable) the motorcycle runs perfectly normal but the battery level remain 0% on the screen because is not con ..read more

Hi guys. Does anyone know which wires to connect together to bypass the side stand switch? I found two different combinations of the three wires that bypassed it but I didn't know if one of those would do any damage. I've twice changed the twistgrip assembly and sidestand switch together because the bike just refuses to go sometimes and it shows error 95. the last time I changed them was quite recent, bought from Im Electric in Poulton le Fylde. but when I told him replacing them for the second time still didn't fix it and asked if he would find out for me how to bypass the s.s. switch he neve ..read more

Dear community,
I'm in possesion of a 5 year old ts1200r with about 5500km on the speedometer. I've got 2 problems with the bike itself and one service issue.
problem 1: battery overheating, or not?
When i'm riding the ts1200r sometimes the battery error light comes on. Before the light turns on the battery is about 10C⁰ and then jumps to 88C⁰ and after that 98C⁰. Most of the times this error is gone in 5-10sec. Sometimes i need to pull the bike over and wait 5 seconds before it's back to normal. During this error the throttle is disabled. Does anyone have any clue what this migh ..read more
