Hello, Me and a mate recently rebuilt my carbs in my MC19 and Im having some issues. Ive tried 1 5/8 and 2 1/2 on the pilot screw but still have similar issues. The bike has new plugs, fresh oil and has 26,xxxkms on it. Symptoms: wont rev past 15k between 8-10k is very sluggish low on power (wont accelerate in 4th) idle is weird either hangs at 4k or is normal. smoke on high revs when 2 1/2 on the pilot. 2011 Honda CBR 250R Hoping someone knows the way to fix this because we have gone through quite alot of trouble shooting. So my bike has been running perfectly fine everyday up until a few days ago where the bike randomly stalled out on me at a roundabout and hasnt been able to start since. Weve got the bike back in the shop now weve tested the Battery and Stator both are doing their jobs perfectly. The bike still cranks but will not kick over, we suspected a fuel issue so we emptied... Hey all ive got a 1987 mc17 i just picked up with a siezed engine. Managed to get the motor unstuck but the cylinder walls are lookin pretty grim. Wondering what are my options for some oversized pistons other then the sketchy chinese ones on amazon. I live in canada whicb means i really dont want to chance nuking my block with crap pistons.
