Circular design means designing products and systems that enable reuse, minimize environmental impact and resource use, drive innovation, and realize value for our stakeholders. In fiscal 2021, we launched a design evaluation methodology to help us track progress toward our circular design goal. The 2022 Cisco Purpose Report describes our goals, progress, and impact for the environmental, social, and governance (ESG) topics that are significant to achieving our purpose to Power an Inclusive Future for All, and that are important for our stakeholders.

On December third we acknowledge International Day of Persons with Disabilities and reflect on Cisco Networking Academy’s commitment to create an inclusive future for all, including people living with disabilities.
