it’s better to delete those \Pepper Data\Shockwave Flash\ files & folders as it does not do any harm to the Google Chrome app rather than ignoring them since recent Chrome versions no longer support adobe/shockwave flash edit – heck I do NOT even have that \Pepper Data\Shockwave Flash\ folder in my C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default folder – so that Flash folder can be safely removed ..read more

I just ran a Defender offline scan and I have to say that MS should make it easier to find the results!! Maybe this belongs in the rant forum. I had to search online to find out how to get the results – apparently there are a few ways. The MS documentation says the result is in Virus & Threat protection, but I could find no indication of the offline scan or any results.  Perhaps no news is good news! I use Rufus to create my Win10 ISOs onto USB flash drives and specify from Rufus whether the “target” system is an older legacy bios (non-uefi) or modern UEFI system.
