Anyone have any idea how to help? I do not get the windows start up page. I get ‘troubleshoot’ or turn off PC option. In troubleshoot, recovery manager doesn’t fix the issue and in advanced options, I have tried system restore, start up repair etc and get nothing. I tried command prompt using sfc scan but get the message that Windows Resource Protection could not perform the action. Any ideas?
