Well I don't actually believe I'll be using this as a competition gun. But I really enjoy working on and customizing my guns. I've been watching videos on people doing this, but honestly most are cringe worthy, even some that were "professionally" done. So I'd seen them back after I bought my shockwave, I don't remember exactly, but don't think they were available or maybe out of stock?? Browning A-5. Modern A-5. Some RIO Blue Steel 3” hulls appear cut when ejected. Others have a rub mark. Doesn’t seem to happen on Winchester hulls. It’s not all but enough to concern me. I own a Browning B80 that is about 35 years old. It shoots 2 3/4" shells. I just recently found out that, with the right barrel, it can shoot 3" shells. I then found a barrel for 3", but it was not threaded for chokes. Does anyone know if there are 3" threaded barrels available for the B80? Also, the barrel must be able to shoot steel shot. Back around '09 I lost an H&K imported Montefeltro Super 90 slug gun to a very unfortunate pawnshop incident. As self punishment I've never allowed myself to buy another expensive shotgun. In hindsight I wish I'd kept all the Saiga's. I'm currently relegated to 2 NEFs & a Mossberg shockwave.
