Hello, I just purchased a 2024 Rangeline. Like a lot of posts, I have generator error. Sent pic to dealer waiting on reply. I was double checking the PSI in tires on the decal inside the door. It indicates 70lbs in the front and 80lbs in the rear. What I did notice was the decal indicated that the chassis was manufactured in 2022, October I believe. So do i have a 2022 or 20323 chassis? It has been a while since I was on the forum But trying to get the ol 345 back on the trail Went to start and it fired up... However alternator did not charge... That and no brakes .. but more on that later So I pulled the alternator off and it was bad... got a new one at O'Reilly... Put it on and guess what it did NOT charge.. Started looking at the wiring The alternator is a GM one wire but there Is a couple of things I need help with??? There is a battery isolator... what is it for and what is the black box in the battery bay? I am getting another new alternator tomorrow. Any advice? Thanks ..read more
