We had some samples of Maximum Charge and Brew Bags lab-tested for caffeine content. Science has confirmed that Maximum Charge packs a punch. We make coffee and lift weights, we're not scientists. So let's try and break this down simply: 80g of coffee brewed with 1000ml of water (the brewing ratio we recommend) contains 1690mg of caffeine in total. Or 169mg per 100ml of brewed liquid. So a tiny 250ml cup gives you over 400mg of caffeine. We're yet to find a stronger coffee in the UK.  The Brew Bags, brewed with 200ml of water provides 156mg of caffeine. That's nearly as much as 2 cans of ..read more

Philosophy is the ultimate self-help guide and mind training tool there is. Some of the wisdom these philosophers wrote about is incredible and defin ..read more

Coffee: The secret ingredient to your health   In the UK, it’s estimated that Britons drink around 95 million cups of coffee a day. We know the usual grind (no pun intended) of daily life puts most of these 95 million drinking decisions in a bind - sacrificing taste, flavour and health benefits for convenience. The result is that most of the time, we’re drinking coffee that is over-caffeinated, offers little to no health benefit and just doesn’t taste that great.   We wanted to change that at Cannonball by not only making products that are convenient (have you tried our coffee bags ..read more

Cannonball Coffee is about turbocharging everything you do. But should you leave it all on the gym floor every session, or be more deliberate with your training? Where does that bag of super strong coffee in your kitchen cupboard from? Well, I'm about to take you behind the scenes at Cannonball..... When I started the company way back in 2018 I wanted to offer a truly premium, artisan product.
