I reached out to a breeder to see if they had a waitlist, but they informed me they had 3 month old puppies available now. I'm very tempted, but I want to make sure I make the right choice. The parents both have AKC# And their website states they register listers with the AKC, follow the ASPCA guidelines and are a member of HSUS; but that's about it as far as qualifications. For about a year I was set on going with The Golden Gals in CT. I see now they're pretty infamous for being a massive puppy mill that knowingly sells and breeds dogs with subaortic stenosis.
