Hello. I just had a tree fall on my 2008 Toyota 4Runner Sport during an unexpected tornado. This vehicle had 89K miles, was in near perfect condition inside and out. One owner, personal use only, no accidents and full service records showing all recommended service. Since there are literally no 2008 or 2009 4Runner Sports with less than 90K miles within 100 miles of me (actually none in the US right now) insurance is using vehicles that are not comparable... 130 - 160K miles with less than desirable history. Howdy folks. Proud owner of a SR5 2005 4runner here, on the cusp of 300k miles. I love my vehicle, my family bought it new and now it’s mine. I have a 2000 SR5 Toyota 4runner 4x4 with automatic transmission. The wife was driving it yesterday, had been making some noise towards the front, however I have replaced both CV axles as well as all ball joints and tie rod ends. The vehicle shook and popped when she was driving it. she pulled over.
