Had this sled a couple years now. The gauges worked when I first bought it. Eventually the tach would stop working intermittently. It hasn’t worked for about a year now and the speedo has stopped working as well. The light on the gauges work but the needles do not. The odometer has also stopped counting. I have checked all fuses and the relay under the hood, all are good. Is there something it could be other than a faulty speedo? Thanks ..read more

hey guys. my parents just recently bought an '06 GTX 500SS. when they got it home we started it up, and i noticed that the rpm gauge wasn't working. i propped the track up and spun it. as well the speedometer doesn't work. all the other lights are working though on the dash...everything except the needles. is there a fuse just for these or....any help is appreciated ..read more

I had my first good ride on my first REV yesterday. It's a 2006 mxz Renegade 600 sdi (1800 miles) I love the handling and the ride but I hate the fact the engine died on me 3 times. The first time I was riding along and the engine shut off as if the kill switch was hit and the battery light flashed for about 10 seconds. I tried to restart but when I pushed the electric start the dash lights came on as normal but made no attempt to start. Hello, I'm in need for some help. The problem is that the snowmobile doesn't idle, sounds bad and if it gets somewhere close it doesn't sound good and after some time it dies, tried bunch of different drill bits but can't find the solution. They are in synch, used smaller drill bit to synch. Also tried playing with the air screw, 1-2 turns, it didn't help. Can anyone give some tips, or recommend what drill bits or how many turns should I do for the idle screw?
