I have just purchased a well looked after 2008 Kia Cerato 2008 model. with only 150,000 on the clock. Its a nice car, but it has two problems that are quite annoying. 1) the central locking unlocks and then immediately re-locks. it does this several times before it stays unlocked. its the same with the key or the fob, but sometimes it unlocks first go. Hi again; I have a 2008 Kia Cerato and im looking at upgrading my headlight globes to LED. I have done this with several cars in the past and the difference is amazing. But trying to buy the globes is proving a bit of a pain. The owners manual does not state which globes fit...in anything. Hello all! I have a high frequency tapping (sounds metallic) happening from what I presume to be the boot. I took it into the dealership last week and they couldn't replicate it but did replace the boot latch under warranty simply because I said if anything try that. It was no the source. I've cable tied the two poles that rotate when the boot opens, and also padded the number plate since that's only screwed in at the top. also removed spare wheel and the tool kit for it. I have an ongoing issue with the rear centre seatbelt alarm on my Cerato GT. It tiggers when there is somebody sitting on either side of the rear seats. Hey Everyone. My Cerato head unit will not power on at all, I have physically checked every fuse and tried to reset the unit but still no go. Anyone come across this issue before ? Also, the car had a 500mA current draw at rest and locked. It starts out at just over 1 amp ( measured at the battery) but falls to 500mA after around 2 minutes. I have disconnected all the courtesy lamps ( glove box, car and boot etc) but that 500mA remains and flattens the battery after a day. Anyone had this...
