I love the champ but no matter what build i try he just falls short to a ton of other champs. His lane phase is his strongest part of game but in WR lane is so short now and going up against a ranged legend in top lane is hard. Ive tried him jungle but he just does better in lane. Ive tried tank builds (heartsteal, hydra) also bruiser builds and straight damage builds and nothing works Anyone have a build that works for them and a strategy? So I recently picked up Talon as I got frustrated playing tank junglers (used to mostly play Mundo, Rammus, and Volibear jungle), and Kindred is almost permanently banned when I get to first pick. I've been performing quite well with him actually, got a high win rate in the 70s% and very decent average stats with him, and I get a good MVP rate with him, and average KDA of 14/5/7, almost 1k GPM. For reference I don’t fight against many panth players, but I just did in a recent game as Xin JG vs Panth Mid. When I engaged onto Panth I realised that his shield can actually block all kinds of damage , including melee damage. Which shocked me, I wasn’t to sure if this was intended or some kind of bug! The issue is that his shield blocks every form of possible damage whilst also dealing damage , allowing him to move back and speeding him up after. Seems very over powering to me.
