Hey all, moving to a location soon near the ocean that is ridiculous with salt. Cars in the parking lot are literally covered in salt after sitting overnight, and sadly a garage is likely not an option. Looking for recommendations/ideas to protect the truck as much as possible before I move down there. I currently coat my undercarriage in fluid film 2x/year but I’m afraid that won’t even be enough. I’m considering a cloth cover, and possibly even coating the whole truck in something that will protect it. Any ideas? After 13 and a half years driving my 2011 TRD Tacoma the family officially outgrew it. I struggled with what the upgrade would be. I knew the big 3 were out which kind of left the Tundra and Titan. In the end of a 5 month search I finally decided to snatch this one up. I'm the second owner, 43k miles, local trade and was purchased and maintained at the same Toyota dealer local to me. Picked it up at a GM dealership. Hi everybody! I’ve been a ford/GM guy most of my life. I’m going to be making the switch to a new Tundra and I’m wondering if there’s anything I should look out for before I buy? Also I’m looking to get a truck that’s fairly loaded with cloth seats that are memory, the sun roof and adaptive cruise control. Is that something Toyota does or am I going to have to go up to a leather trim package? I’d also like if possible to have it with the “sport” appearance package with everything blacked out.
