Car: 2016 Kia Forte LX 6-speed-manual 1.8L Context: Previous owner removed the stock reverse lockout lever part to install an aftermarket knob and just tossed that away. Problem: There's very little room between the 1st gear and reverse gear that it's super easy to put the car into the reverse gear when the intention is to accelerate from 1st gear. I have a 2018 Kia Forte inline 4 2.0 with no dipstick. I have several that will fit but need the exact measurement from the lip of the dipstick stop when in the tube to the very end of the stick. Just replaced the door lock actuator because the door was not opening from the outside, but now it will not unlock with the fob. All the other doors unlock with the fob and I can use the key to unlock the driver door, but damn it would be nice to have a fully functional door. I know I’ve seen this issue when googling it before. I just bought a 2017 Kia forte lx with 158K on it from a dealer. It’s a sweet little car. I noticed soon after buying it that upshifts were sometimes noticeable. I expected automatics to shift without any feeling. Perhaps certain car makes and models don’t hide the shifting as much as others, or so I’ve read in forums. So I can live with that. My KIA FORTE 2012 AC does not work always. Daily morning when I start the Car switch on Ac it blows hot Air. The AC indicator light does not turn on, Checked under hood the fan does not work or Compressor has not engaged, just blow air from fan. Hi all. This is my first post so appreciate any help. I just purchased a 2020 Kia Cerato S sedan. I can get android auto working using my phone plugged in to the usb port. However, if i want to also have my usb stick plugged in to listen to my music there appears to be no way to do that.
