Moved houses and need to reduce the number of bikes I own. 1978 GL1000. Refurbished (as opposed to restored). All new bearings, brakes, fuel pump, hoses, tires, carbs rebuilt. frame powder coated black, new radiator. Plastic body panels painted black with silver (non-standard color scheme) Goldwing logos. The question is does the shock dampen in both direction or only on the upstroke, I can push the piston down easier then pulling up. I have them disassembled now. Any thoughts ..read more
